All orders placed in the EU are shipped within the EU and are not subject to any import-export fees or procedures.
All UK orders are shipped domestically.

We have grouped the countries and territories into 3 different zones according to our current shipping options:
Free Zone: UK (incl. Channel Islands), Iberian Peninsula (Spain - excl. Ceuta & Melilla - Portugal - excluding Azores & Madeira).
Europe Zone I: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Sweden
Europe Zone II: Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia & Slovenia
Our e-commerce will calculate the shipping fee on the fly as soon as you choose your shipping destination.
Oversized orders (B2B) may incur extra shipping fees and will be subject to individual shipping estimates.
How do we ship orders?
We currently rely on Amazon® Fulfillment Services (FBA) and UPS to deliver our products to all countries except the Iberian Peninsula (Spain & Portugal). For these countries, we use NACEX, a trusted local carrier.
Packaging
If your order is shipped with FBA, you should expect your order to be delivered in Amazon’s packaging. This is a normal procedure, as Amazon® uses its own packaging and labels for Multi-Channel Amazon® fulfilled orders.
If your order is shipped with UPS® or NACEX®, you should expect to receive your order in RedoxBox’s packaging.
Tracking your orders
If your order is shipped with FBA, you will receive tracking updates through Amazon's FBA as well as by RedoxBox®'s e-commerce. If you need to contact us regarding the status of your shipment, you may choose to do so through Amazon® contact channels. You will find their contact details in any of the emails sent by Amazon® FBA.
If your order is shipped with NACEX®, you will receive tracking updates directly from RedoxBox®. You may log in to NACEX to look up your tracking status. NACEX® offers Customer Care a toll-free phone (+34 900 100 000) if you need to speak to a customer representative to consult about the status of your order or rearrange delivery.

B2B/Research shipments
B2B and Sample research shipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These shipments will involve large packaging, pallets, truckloads, and import/export clearance procedures.
