Editorial Standards
Our commitment to you
RedoxBox Learn exists to make gut health and microbiome science accessible, accurate, and genuinely useful. Every entry in our library is written for real people — not search engines, not hype cycles, not supplement sales funnels.
We believe you deserve content that respects your intelligence and your time. That means clear language, honest sourcing, and zero exaggeration.
How we write
Every article in our Learn library follows a consistent editorial process.
We choose topics grounded in published science that have a meaningful connection to gut health, the microbiome, or metabolic wellness. We do not chase trends or promote unproven interventions.
Each entry begins with a review of peer-reviewed literature — journal articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and clinical guidelines. We consult databases including PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library to identify the best available evidence.
We translate scientific findings into clear, jargon-free language. Where technical terms are necessary, they are explained in context and linked to our glossary.
Claims are supported by specific references. Every entry includes a References section listing the studies and sources consulted, so you can verify the evidence yourself.
Articles follow a consistent format — summary, body, key terms, references, and frequently asked questions — so you always know where to find what you need.
What we do not do
We hold ourselves to standards defined not only by what we include, but by what we deliberately leave out.
We do not present anecdotal evidence as proof. We do not make diagnostic or prescriptive claims. We do not promote specific products, brands, or supplements. We do not use fear-based language to drive engagement. We do not overstate the certainty of preliminary findings.
If the evidence on a topic is limited or conflicting, we say so.
Medical disclaimer
RedoxBox Learn is strictly educational. Our content is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms that are severe, persistent, or concerning, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Accuracy and updates
Science evolves, and so does our library. We review entries periodically and update them when new evidence warrants a change. If you spot an error or believe a source has been superseded, we welcome your feedback at customer.care@redoxbox.com.
Editorial independence
Our editorial decisions are made independently. Content is never influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or commercial partnerships. The integrity of our library is non-negotiable.
