RedoxBox® has a convenient 30-day money-back guarantee on all B2C (Business to Consumer) direct purchases, less any applicable shipping and/or restocking fees. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RedoxBox® offers the following hassle-free return solution:

1.- If you are not 100% satisfied with your RedoxBox® product, simply email us at to submit your return request. Please attach proof of purchase or the order number. 

2.- If your return request qualifies for a refund, we will send you an email with instructions to ship the product back to one of our warehouses. 

3.- Refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. RedoxBox will accept just one opened bottle containing a fair amount of unused capsules (we can't refund empty bottles). Upon the arrival of your returned package, it will be inspected, and we will process your refund accordingly within 3-5 business days.

4.- Your refund confirmation will be sent to you via email (be sure to check your spam filter).


Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at RedoxBox's facilities. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned within 21 days of our refund eligibility confirmation e-mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items worth over £75 (85 EUR), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is recommended to write down your tracking number for your records and if you wish to follow the tracking progress. You may send us an email with the tracking number and your courier of choice. 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address.

Late or Missing Funds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
