Online Sales Returns
RedoxBox Europe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all direct B2C (Business-to-Consumer) purchases, less any applicable shipping and/or restocking fees. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RedoxBox® offers the following hassle-free return solution:
1.- If you are not 100% satisfied with your RedoxBox® product, please email us at customer.care@redoxbox.com to submit your return request. Please include proof of purchase or your order number.
2.- If your return request qualifies for a refund, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the product to one of our warehouses.
3.- Refund requests will only be considered if the relevant dietary supplement is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For orders with multiple units, RedoxBox® will accept only one opened bottle containing a reasonable quantity of unused capsules (halfempty or empty bottles will not be refunded). Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
4.- Your refund confirmation will be sent to you by email (please remember to check your spam folder).
Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for arranging the return shipment and ensuring that the merchandise arrives at RedoxBox’s facilities. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Undeliverable shipments - not collected shipments
Returns resulting from orders not collected at the designated pickup point, refused by the recipient, or shipments that cannot be completed due to the carrier’s inability to contact the recipient, and which are returned to our facilities, will be subject to handling and restocking fees equivalent to 15% of the total order value.
This amount will be deducted from the applicable refund once the returned product has been received and its condition verified.
All items must be returned within a maximum of 21 days from the refund eligibility confirmation email.
Depending on your place of residence, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items with a value exceeding €90, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
We recommend keeping your tracking number for your records. If you wish, you may email us the tracking number along with the courier used.
REDOXBOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.care@redoxbox.com.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email customer.care@redoxbox.com to initiate the exchange process.
